This resort is situated in a remote location away from the city hustle. It is next to a beautiful national park where you can enjoy various activities, and numerous exquisite restaurants are located nearby. You will be able to enjoy stunning views of the Vain nature reserve from the resort. the rooms are capacious, and guests can enjoy cozy beds, modern furniture, and en-suite bathrooms. the resort offers free Wi-Fi and lovely facilities, including a large swimming pool and playground for kids.

The staff need better training in professionalism to provide better service to guests.

Christmas stay, good price for location. The hotel had a great pool and nice garden. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

The room was a disaster. The room was not clean and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There were no towels and the amenities were outdated. There was no option for room service or any sort of food delivery. The so-called continental breakfast was very limited. The hotel was also noisy at night, with loud music coming from the pool area. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, situated near the Vain nature reserve and a national park where you can find excellent restaurants. It provides a peaceful and natural setting for a relaxing stay. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The rooms at this hotel were equipped with good AC, ensuring a comfortable temperature during our stay. The basic amenities provided were satisfactory, making our stay convenient and hassle-free.

One minor detail that could be improved is the adjustment of the TV in the rooms. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience at this hotel.

the staff was super nice, always willing to help and with big smiles on their faces. the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and close to a nature reserve. Plus, the swimming pool was a great addition to cool off during the hot days. Best aspects: I have to say, the food was amazing! I tried several dishes and everything was delicious, especially the pizza. the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, always kept tidy by the friendly housekeeping staff.

The spotty Wi-Fi connection. It was advertised as being available in the rooms, but it was really only reliable in the main lobby.
